School Partnerships – Make a difference in your community!
At Little Stars, we love working with schools to inspire young people, share our mission, and create opportunities for students to make a real difference in their communities.
We offer a range of engaging activities and collaborative projects for nurseries, primary and secondary schools, and colleges throughout the year.

We offer interactive talks and activities tailored to younger students:
Classroom Talks: One of the team can come into your school to talk to children about what we do and the importance of supporting those in need.
Collaborative Opportunities: There are plenty of ways to get involved throughout the year, including:
- Wear Stars 4 Little Stars – June: Join our annual fundraising event and help raise awareness for our work and project nighttime.
- Santa’s Little Stars – From October half-term to December: Contribute to our festive initiatives and help bring a little Christmas magic to children who might otherwise go without a gift.
- Do a Reverse Advent Calendar for Christmas or Easter: Each day, students can bring in a low-cost item and watch the donations grow, just like St Winefride’s did last year.
We love partnering with schools to make learning about charity fun, meaningful, and hands-on.
Secondary Schools & Colleges
We offer a range of opportunities for older students to explore careers, develop skills, and support their communities:
- Career Days & Talks: If your school or college runs career events, we can come and speak to students about working in the charity sector, what it’s like to make an impact, and the variety of roles within a charity.
- Fundraising Collaboration: Many schools have house charities – why not choose a local charity supporting local children? We can collaborate on fundraisers for Little Stars, provide ideas, and offer various ways to get involved throughout the year.
- Duke of Edinburgh Volunteer Placements: Students can gain valuable experience volunteering at our shop, stockroom, or behind the scenes in marketing and events.
Engaging with us helps students learn about the charity sector, develop skills, and make a tangible difference in the lives of children in their local community.
