How to Make a Referral to Little Stars
At Little Stars, we believe every child deserves a safe, warm and supported start in life. When a family is facing crisis, poverty, or unexpected hardship, timely help can make a world of difference. That is why we operate through a trusted referral system – ensuring the right support reaches the right families, when they need it most.
If you are a professional working with families in Shropshire or the surrounding areas – a midwife, health visitor, social worker, teacher, or staff member from a support organisation – you can refer a family for help.
We do not accept self-referrals directly from families, because we know the people best placed to assess need are those who already work closely with them. This approach ensures families are supported with fairness and care.
We support children from newborns to 13 years, with referrals tailored to the age, size and situation of each child.
